Ms. Anıl Antonetti was admitted to the İstanbul Bar Association in 1997 and the Paris Bar Association in 2002. In addition to her professional experience in Paris, she also studied French and European Commercial Law and Company Law at the University of Poitiers.
Ms. Anıl Antonetti returned to Turkey in 2005 and has been providing legal services to many international and domestic clients since then.
She specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law, Construction Contracts, Civil Law, Arbitration and Mediation.
Ms. Anıl Antonetti served as Chairman of the Turkish-Moroccan Business Council, as well as a board member of the Turkish-French and Turkish-Spanish Business Councils at the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK). In these roles, she had the opportunity to work on international projects in several countries such as France, Belgium, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Niger and Morocco.
In 2012, Ms. Anıl Antonetti received the title of Arbitrator and Mediator from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and is also a Registered Mediator in Turkey, recognized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey.
Ms. Anıl Antonetti also teaches Mediation at İstanbul Aydın University, as well as at Başkent University for the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. Additionally, she is an Advisor of Legal Sector for France Foreign Investment in Turkey.
Banu Anıl Antonetti holds an LLM from the University of Poitiers, an LLB from İstanbul University, and is an alumna of Galatasaray High School.
She speaks Turkish, French and English.
